I’ve used Pro Roto many times. Avo or Issac pick up the phone. They do high quality work, respond quickly, and are very trustworthy. Brian came out and did a hydro jet on my property within one hour of my calling. Unbelievable service and good humans. These guys are seriously the best, do not hesitate to call them.

Avo and Fabian were excellent. We had an urgent water leak situation, and they were able to do an inspection within just a couple of hours of receiving the call. They helped us find a short term fix with the water company and also provided good recommendations for a permanent fix. Great service experience!

For years we have avoided hiring a plumber and just doing the DIY plumbing work ourselves since there is no lacking of negative experience on social media reviews. This time the problem is something we can’t fix on our own so we anxiously decided to hire a plumber for the issue. I chose Pro Roto based on great Yelp reviews and was very impressed by the owner Isaac’s professionalism while we spoke on the phone. He would ensure all his clients get the full value of the service that is paid for. After the technician completed the hydro jet, the kitchen sink drain still showed signs of blockage. The technician used another method plus snaking to clear the pipe that goes into the wall from under the sink. He also helped fix a nagging leakage that we have had for many years by replacing the gasket for us without charge. They also took and examined the video of the pipe after service and found there is still some buildup in the pipe. Instead of leaving us in the dark about the state of the pipe, Isaac asked the technician to come back again and performed another hydro jet to make sure the pipe is completely free of buildup. I truly appreciate the honesty and integrity they have demonstrated in their service job and Isaac’s upholding of his words for providing full value to his customers. We couldn't ask for a better experience than what Avo and his team provided! On the last day of our visit with our 92 year old parents we woke up to water streaming from underground in their front yard. We got a plumber to come out and provide a temporary fix to get water to the house but when he gave us a quote for a permanent fix we were shocked. We contacted a few plumbers and Pro Roto. The others wanted $90 to come out and quote, not Pro Roto. Pro Roto's reviews were great and Avo was very easy to talk to on the phone so we setup a time for Avo to come and quote. My wife and I had to fly home so we couldn't be physically present for the quote but were on speaker phone during Avo's visit. This part is important. My 92 year old parents met with Avo, he was very respectful, explained what Pro Roto would need to do and why, no high pressure tactics. My parents felt at ease with Avo which was important for us. His quote was also fair. This was a difficult job, big roots had to be dealt with. The crew went through many sawmill blades cutting through roots. They completed the job in 2 days and left the job site spotless. Their workers worked hard and did an amazing job! Mom and dad are very happy with the quality and value they received for their money! Had a slight gas odor inside the house. Pro Roto sent over Hunter within the hour and he did a thorough check. He didn't find anything but he was very helpful and informative. Great locally owned business. Have used them before and always been satisfied.
